Kalina M. Bryant is a 2022 Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, Forbes editorial contributor, keynote speaker, university lecturer, and marketing executive who has driven millions in revenue across some of the most iconic B2B tech companies in the world. In her first six months at Asana, her programs generated $9M in annual revenue making her the first African American woman to join Asana’s revenue executive leadership team.

Her career spans IPO-stage companies and hyper-growth startups alike: building the entire customer advocacy function at Asana (IPO), driving the community launch and rebrand at Anaplan (IPO), and leading Sales Development at Marketo (IPO). She’s also served as a founding growth marketer at Talkdesk, Director of Customer Marketing at Signifyd, and Head of GTM for the Americas at Mixpanel building marketing engines from zero at every stage.

She now brings that same enterprise-grade playbook to founders who are ready to grow packaging 12 years of execution into a repeatable system that builds brands, grows communities, and scales pipeline. KMB Studio is her most intentional build yet.

Built Full Marketing Function

Built the entire marketing function for LATAM and North America from scratch covering demand gen, field marketing, customer engagement, and content. Owned the full regional GTM engine.

Brand, Community & Demand Gen

First-ever customer marketing hire at Anaplan. Led the community launch and full brand rebrand leading into IPO driving customer marketing, demand gen, webinars, email, and community growth programs that scaled with the company.

Founding marketing hire. Built the entire customer growth marketing engine from zero establishing the programs, playbooks, and community infrastructure that set the foundation for scale.
